Bohlin Group, formerly “Muller Bohlin & Associates, Inc.”, is a certified women-owned business based in New Jersey, founded in the winter of 1998. The company began as a boutique civil planning and engineering firm, working primarily on projects in local New Jersey communities that focused on economic development, with a specialty in transportation.
In its 27-year history, Bohlin Group has proven success with major infrastructure and development projects across the nation, with a strong NY/NJ presence. Bohlin Group has secured over $600 million for its clients through alternative funding sources and has assisted in the development of high-profile, scalable pilot projects that have had an everlasting impact on the industries in which it operates.

PROJECT EXPERIENCETiffany Bohlin has worked in and around the Transportation, Logistics, and Infrastructure (TLI) industry for over thirty years. Her range of expertise, specifically in railroading, extends beyond her engineering capabilities to strategic advisory services, operations, system design and industrial development. Her clients range from some of the largest industrial developers in the country to transportation manufacturers and large public sector clients in need of TLI support services. Working with all levels of government, Tiffany has delivered over $600M in project financing at impressively low costs of operational and development capital throughout her career.

PROJECT EXPERIENCEAs a Partner at Bohlin Group, an infrastructure advisory, Alexander oversees dimensions of early-stage project development in transportation and renewable energy projects nationwide. Currently, he is critically positioned in the multi-billion-dollar Pacific Coast Intermodal Port development, for which he oversees federal loan and grant applications on behalf of the client. His versatile role includes financial modeling, stakeholder engagement between project partners, project customers, investors, and government officials at all levels.

PROJECT EXPERIENCEJohn has over 17 years of experience in the solid waste-by-rail industry, working with Class I and short-line railroads. His early positions included operating equipment, learning operations, environmental compliance, and rail logistics. Moving into management roles, John has been involved in asset turnarounds and integration of rail assets within organizations operating outside of the rail sector. In his current role with Bohlin Group, he works with clients to optimize their construction and transportation operations, as well as, identifying new opportunities using rail infrastructure or equipment.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Costanza has worked on projects in operations research, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and strategic decision-making, with a particular focus on the energy and operations sectors. She has experience in consulting, where she has conducted project financing analysis and due diligence for operations and supply chain initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency in complex systems.
